We are a non-profit association recognised under German association law and registered as an organisation of migrants committed to development policy work in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region since 2015.
Our members are mainly Hispanic migrants who want to contribute to German society. We work in the field of development policy and contribute from the perspective of our professions and from that of our cultural origins. Among our members there are biologists, lawyers, economists, psychologists, counsellors among other professions.
We work within development policy in areas such as sustainability, development, integration and intercultural openness. Within these pillars, we develop various projects that are intended to lead to a more attentive attitude towards world problems. Depending on the project, we are supported by ministries, municipalities or private organisations.

CRISP organizes seminars, advanced trainings and workshops in the fields of civil conflict management and civic education. Our guiding principle is to adjust our projects to local needs. Therefor we develop and use especially simulation games as method. The work of CRISP promotes the confidence building between different population groups and enhance the understanding of political processes. Thereby we support the transformations in our target regions. We work especially with young people, who are willing to initiate and accompany a peaceful change in their societies.
