Description of the Organization

The Bavarian State Center for Political Education serves the purpose to support and strengthen the philosophy of a liberal democratic  system of government in the knowledge of the population as a non-partisan organization. To realize this purpose the Bavarian State Center offers a wide range of publications und educational programs for different target groups and cooperates with other organizations, that attend to civic education and further education.

Description of the Organization

The organization Dien Hong - Living together under the same roof, located in the town of Rostock, was founded mainly by Vietnamese people in reaction to race riots in 1992. The organization's main focus is on helping immigrants acquire linguistic skills and occupational qualifications, and the integration of Vietnamese people into German society.

Dien Hong is a state-recognized educational institution. Furthermore, it plays a central role in the youth welfare service, and works for a variety of government authorities.

Description of the Organization

Nektarina Non Profit is international non-profit organization dedicated to educating, connecting and inspiring people to care about their communities and their environment. Our work focuses on education in the following areas:

  • Citizen engagement and public participation – transparency in decision making
  • Enhancing collaborative practices and developing public cultural spaces
  • Human rights; particularly the rights of children and youth, women’s rights, the rights of minorities and Roma inclusion
  • Freedom of artistic expression, and usage of art in highlighting current political, social and environmental issues
  • Building a common future for environmental sustainability
  • Enancing co-operatives and the usage of renewable energy sources
  • Climate mitigation and climate adaptation, both on a global and local level
