Youth

The office for youth work of the Protestant church is the professional equipment for consultation and qualification of employees in the youth work and office of the youth association Protestant youth in Rhineland (EJiR). The international youth work is a working main focus of the seminar paper for justice, peace and creation preservation, resident in the office of Koblenz.

In addition, global learning in the engagement for a fairer and more lasting economy plays a big role by the development of advanced training modules for the youth work.

Since 2010, Support Malawi Heidelberg e. V.  promotes miscellaneous education projects with various focus in north and central Malawi.

Aktion Tagwerk organizes yearly the nationwide campaign "your day for Africa" the idea is easy and remains topical: schoolgirls and boys in Germany go on one day of the school year to work instead of school and donate their wage to educational projects in five countries of Africa. The campaign is accompanied by comprehensive offers of global learning, as for example holding speeches at the participant schools, photo exhibitions, a newspaper for the campaign etc.

The non-profit association "Bund für Bildung" translates socially relevant issues into educational projects. The focus is on issues of inclusion, participation and democracy.

The Bavarian State Center for Political Education serves the purpose to support and strengthen the philosophy of a liberal democratic  system of government in the knowledge of the population as a non-partisan organization. To realize this purpose the Bavarian State Center offers a wide range of publications und educational programs for different target groups and cooperates with other organizations, that attend to civic education and further education.
