The organization Dien Hong - Living together under the same roof, located in the town of Rostock, was founded mainly by Vietnamese people in reaction to race riots in 1992. The organization's main focus is on helping immigrants acquire linguistic skills and occupational qualifications, and the integration of Vietnamese people into German society.
Dien Hong is a state-recognized educational institution. Furthermore, it plays a central role in the youth welfare service, and works for a variety of government authorities.

The KoordinierungsKreis Mosambik (KKM, Network Mozambique) is a country network association for civil society parntership activities between Germany and Mozambique. More than 140 organizations, groups and individuals are network members.
Network activities include the support of school partnerships between Mozambique and Germany and educational activities concerning debt relief and reduction of absolute poverty.
Activities include seminars on issues related to development and cooperation, publications and three times a year a magazine on Mozambique (Rundbrief Mosambik). Cultural exchange is supported by inviting Mozambican artists to Germany, organizing exhibitions and visits to Mozambique.

TheInformation, Documentation and Action Center Against Xenophobia For a Multicultural Future (IDA) serves as a nationwide central contact point for youth associations, organizations, initiatives and professionals involved in youth welfare and educational work. It provides them with information material on (anti-)racism, right-wing extremism, intercultural relations and migration. IDA focuses on anti-racist and intercultural methods and approaches; it initiates projects related to youth welfare and links people working in this domain. IDA is a service center focusing on information, documentation, counseling, training, cooperation, networking, and public relations work.
IDA´s main points are:
The IDA-NRW is a state-run project associated with the organization. The IDA links theory and practice and serves as an intermediary between science & research and educational & youth welfare work. You will find the IDA represented in various German networks. When creating and setting up events, the IDA cooperates with related organizations, sometimes it even plans and arranges whole events for its cooperation partners.
