The Media Center of the Eichstätt Diocese is an institution of the Catholic Church. The services listed below are offered to speakers, professionals and staff dealing with child and youth welfare work, adult education, work related to the media and culture, and schools:

1. Media lending
Free lending of audio-visual media such as slides, transparencies, media packages, multimedia learning software, movies, documentary movies, short movies in 16-mm, video and DVD formats. The material mainly focuses on religious, social, ethical and educational topics.

2. Lending of media technology
Inexpensive lending of video, sound and presentation technologies (cameras, speaker systems, LCD projectors)

3. Professional advice

• on choosing the right media for certain target groups and topics with respect to media instruction and pedagogical aims
• on how to plan and carry out educational events and media projects
• on choosing appropriate media technologies

4. Media and communication education

• courses and seminars on media instruction
• further training on media education

• cultural events related to movies for various target groups
